Heloísa is a Co-founder and a Member of the Executive Committee at SynBio Brasil, the Brazilian Association of Synthetic Biology. She’s involved in After iGEM as an iGEM Ambassador for Latin America and as a Member of the Open Science and Accessibility Steering Network Member. Furthermore, she’s an Undergraduate Student Researcher at SynBioLab UnB and a Student Intern at LeoRiosLab.
